1. Who we are

Luna is operated by Rosenberg Technologies, Denmark. The data controller is Kristian Rosenberg, reachable at contact@rosenbergtech.com.

2. What data we collect

• Your WhatsApp phone number (provided automatically by WhatsApp when you message the bot)
• The first name you give during onboarding
• Your time zone and your target wake time, sleep duration, and wind-down preferences
• Your daily sleep log entries: how rested you felt, bedtime, wake time, interruption minutes, coffee yesterday, notes
• The full text of messages you send to the bot and the bot's replies (so we can give better advice)
• If you arrived via a Meta click-to-WhatsApp ad: Meta's click ID and the ad headline (so we can measure which ads work)

We do not collect: your contacts, your location, payment information, or any other content from your WhatsApp account.

3. Why we collect it (legal basis under GDPR)

• Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)): your sleep data, profile, and messages are necessary to provide the service you signed up for.
• Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)): aggregated, non-identifying ad-attribution data so we can improve the product and our marketing.
• Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)): you give explicit consent by replying YES during onboarding. You may withdraw at any time by replying DELETE ME.

4. How we use AI

To parse free-form replies and generate personalized advice, we send your recent sleep data and message context to Anthropic's Claude API. Anthropic does not use this data to train its models (per their commercial terms). The data is processed within Anthropic's infrastructure and not stored beyond what is required for the request.

5. Who we share data with

• Meta (WhatsApp Business / Cloud API) — to deliver messages to and from you. Governed by Meta's data processing terms.
• Anthropic (Claude API) — to generate replies and parse messages, as described above.
• Cloudflare and Tailscale — infrastructure providers that route traffic to our servers.

We do not sell, rent, or otherwise share your data with anyone else.

6. Where we store data

Your data is stored on a server physically located in Denmark (EU). Backups, when made, are also stored in the EU.

7. How long we keep it

We keep your data as long as your account is active. If you delete your account (DELETE ME), all data — profile, sleep logs, messages, events — is deleted immediately and unrecoverably. If you stop using the bot for more than 12 months, we will delete your account automatically.

8. Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to:

• Know what personal data we hold about you (right of access)
• Receive a copy of your data (right to data portability)
• Correct inaccurate data (right to rectification)
• Have your data deleted (right to erasure)
• Restrict or object to processing
• Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Denmark: Datatilsynet)

9. Children

Luna is not intended for anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.

10. Cookies and tracking

This website (the privacy and home pages) does not use cookies, analytics, or any third-party tracking.

11. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we will message you in WhatsApp before they take effect. The current version date is shown at the top of this page.
